We are all deeply saddened at the GCSCC to hear of the passing of Graham Wright.
Graham was a valued member of our Expert Advisory Panel, both during his time at Inmarsat where he was Senior Vice President Security and Cyber, and his tenure as Chief Information Security Officer & Head of Digital Risk for the National Grid. Graham made an important contribution to GCSCC providing thought-leadership key to supporting our goals and always making insightful interventions at our conferences and roundtable events.
His invaluable guidance and expertise across a range of strategic, technical and governance challenges and opportunities will be hugely missed by everyone at the Centre. His support of Oxford wasn’t confined to the work of the GCSCC, he was also one of the first experts to participate in a fireside chat with Sadie Creese as part of the SBS online programme on cybersecurity for business leaders, and was always a proactive supporter of our Centre for Doctoral Training in Cybersecurity.
Our thoughts go out to Graham’s family at this difficult time.
